BUSINESS SUPPORT EXECUTIVE FOR BANK

Location: Novena
Pay: $2500 - $3000
Duration: 1-Year Contract - Renewable based on performance
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9-6.30pm

Jobscope:
• Manage vendor for roadshows/events planning and set-ups
• Co-ordinate crowd-pulling activities for selected roadshows/events
• Source venues for roadshows
• Handle temp staff for bigger roadshows, as and when required
• Conduct onsite visits at roadshow, branches, logistics’ premises, etc.
• Manage and track inventories (e.g. fixtures, uniforms, premiums, gifts)
• Prepare and liaise with printer for marketing collaterals
• Manage landing pages and unique links
• Put up payment requests
• Support and track manpower deployment.
• Collate sales acquisitions, referral and premium reports
• Sending SMS broadcasts for rewards fulfilments to customers
• Carry out any other administrative support functions that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level or diploma holders
• Has strong command of English
• Preferably with marketing, logistics or events co-ordination experience
• Hands on knowledge of MS Excel features (e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup, formulas)
• Committed, a team player and willing to work overtime and/or weekends (as and when required)
• Able to multi-task and work independently
