Digital Ambassador | 1 Year Contract

Location: Multiple locations around the East
Pay: $1750 - $1950 (basic) + $100 (transport allowance) + Incentive* ($150 - $850) + 1 Month Completion Bonus (based on performance)
Duration: 1 Year
Working hours:
5 days/week, 11am-8pm, off on Mon and Thurs

Jobscope:
• Approaching in store shoppers to promote the app to them
• Guiding customers on how to use the app, ensuring that the customer knows how to use it
• Answering questions given by customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Manning of weekend roadshow booths

Requirements:
• Comfortable with standing for long hours
• Able to work independently
• Confidence to approach potential customers, be approachable, and able to handle rejections
• Tech savvy; confidence to troubleshoot and answer customers questions
• Comfortable working at and travelling to multiple stores within the East Zone
• Able to commit 5 days per week on rotating shift (especially during weekends/public holidays; off days fixed on Mondays and Thursdays)
