Contact Centre Officer UP TO $2900 + COMPLETION BONUS | 3 MONTHS - 1 YEAR
Location: Alexendra road Pay: Up to $2900 per month Duration: Min till 31 Aug (extendable) Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days work week – Rostered 8.5 hours shift between 8am-1.30am (no overnight shift)
*Transport claims provided from 12am onwards)*
Jobscope: - Personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries - Handle email enquiries and live chats. - Gather customers' feedback and provide timely feedback to the Team Lead on issues for improvement.
Requirements: - Min O / Higher Nitec / A Level / Diploma holders - MUST BE prepared for hectic, disciplines call centre environment
