Job Duties:
• Handle inbound calls regarding MOM enquiries

Telco Customer Service Officer
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Raffles, Serangoon North
Salary: up to $2100 + $180 fixed shift allowance
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm + Alt Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
Requirements:
• Min NITEC, IT Savvy with customer service background
Job Duties:
• Provide quality customer service by telephone or electronically
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Record details of enquiries and customer interactions including actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments at all levels

Customer Service Officer
Duration: 1 Year Contract (Convertible)
Location: Braddell
Salary: Up $2500 + $180 Allowance + 1 Month Bonus
Working hours:
Requirements:
• Min O level with call center and frontline experience, best in Telco or IT background
Job Duties:
• Attend to customers’ queries, feedback or complaints and follow up to provide solutions
• Attend to Hotline calls on products and services and follow up to provide recommendations
• Provide back-end support for applications processing
• Liaise with internal departments on customer’s resolution.
• On standby duty rotation to handle urgent calls, cases, emails or support after office hours
