Duties: Mainly handling enquiries and simple admin duties

Duties: Handling inbound calls regarding LTA enquiries, COE, parking fines, registration of e-scooters
Requirements: Minimum N levels with customer service experience

Requirements: Min ITE in Engineer will do (Training provided)

Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: Mon to Sun, 5 days (7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm / 11pm to 7am)
Salary: $2100 + $200 fixed shift (Night and Overnight) + Incentives
Location: Bishan midview
Duties: Resolving enquiries from drivers which includes escalated complaints to resolve cases via emails and do follow up calls only.
Requirements: Min O level with customer service experience

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, office hours
Requirements:
- Min A levels / Diploma

Duties:
- Process refund claim amount
- Attend to customer enquiries pertaining to refund matters.
- Investigate cases pertaining to refund matters

Duration: 1 year contract, renewable
Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent (Between One North & Kent Ridge MRT)
Salary: up to $1800 + OT + $20 shift allowance per night shift + AWS + VB
Working Hours: Mon – Sun, 5.5 days between 8am – 5pm (After 3 months, can choose 10pm-7am, 5 days)
Requirements:
• Manage up to 20kg
• Able to read English manual
• Comfortable with fine dust, painting smell & noisy machines
• Able to commit on weekends
Duties:
• Operating printing machines
• Feeding paper rolls to the machine
• Perform quality checks
• Follow SOPs
