Duration: ASAP - 31 July 2022 Location: HarbourFront Centre Salary: up to $2580 basic Working Hours: Mon to Sun; 5 days Timing (rotating shift - fixed every 2 months): Open to at least 2 shifts Noon: 11am to 830pm Night: 2.30pm to 12am (cab claimable + allowance $9/day) Overnight: 11pm to 830am (allowance $12/day)
Requirements: - Min N level with at least 1 year customer service experience - Able to work in fast paced environment, high calls volume
Duties: (2 days training provided): - Handling inbound calls for Covid related matters - Making outbound calls for Covid related matters - Replying to emails and take remedial action where necessary
