Requirements: • Min N level with customer service experience • Okay with all shifts and able to commit for 3 months • Able to work in fast paced environment, high calls volume
Duties: (2 days training provided): • Handling inbound calls for Safe Travel Office Departing from Singapore (ICA) • Handling inbound calls for Safe Travel Office Arriving from Singapore (ICA) • Replying to emails and take remedial action where necessary
