Hiring Call Centre, Admin, Accounting up to $2800 Government Call Centre (Start work: 5 Nov) Duration: 6 months contract
Location: Paya Lebar or Raffles Place
Salary: up to $1900
Working Hours: Mon to Sun, 5 days work, 8am to 11pm (44 hours)
Job Duties:
* Handling inbound calls regarding LTA enquiries, COE, parking fines, registration of e-scooters
* Resolve any issue over the phone
Requirements: Min N levels (4 credits) or O levels (3 credits)
Call centre officer (MOM) Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Bukit Batok / Havelock (MRT: Clark Quay)
Salary: up to $2500 + monthly KPI incentives (up to $150)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08:55am to 17:30pm + Alt Sat 08:25am to 13:00pm

Senior Call Centre Customer Care
Duration: 1 year contract
Location: Raffles/Serangoon North
Working Hours: Mon to Sun, 5 days work, 8.5 hours between 8.30am – 12am
Salary: up to $2650 + Fixed $180 allowance + Monthly Incentives (up to $200) + $8 shift allowance ending beyond 8pm
Duties:
* Attend to inbound calls from Premium customers.
* Handle purchase requests, complaints and product information.
* Handle in/outbound calls + digital platforms to resolve customers’ queries promptly and swiftly
* Update records on internal digital system
Requirements:
* Min NITEC with prior call centre experience
* Must work on weekends/PH (rostered by supervisor)
Admin (Order Processing) Duration: 3 months (must be able to convert to full time perm)
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $1600 (contract) / $1800 (upon conversion after 3 months)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm + Sat (if required - Max twice per month)
Job Duties:
* Monitor all order raising process and ensure that its completed timely
* Raise escalations for any order delays
* Ensure the order raising meets expected SLA and targets
* Key in information and remarks of customers into CRM system
* Maintain customer database
Requirements:
• Min O level with prior admin experience
• Able to commit long term with basic excel skills
• Comfortable to do verification calls when required
Telesales Officer
Duration: 3 months (must be able to convert to full time perm)
Location: Raffles Place
Salary: $1800 (contract) / $2000 (upon conversion after 3 months) + Incentives
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
Job Duties:
* Calling existing mobile plan subscribers and ask if they wanna add on a cable TV subscription
* Achievement of sales target set by the company
* Develop effective Sales pitch based on promotion, policies and product updates.
Requirements:
• Min NITEC with prior telesales experience
• Able to OT & work on weekends if required (payable)
Accounting Officer (Contract)
Duration: 6 months to 1 year contract
Salary: up to $2800
Location: Bukit Merah (Training at somerset)
Job Duties:
• Perform accounts receivables duties for preparation of invoices to counterparties and customers
• Perform accounts payable duties for processing of suppliers’ invoices
• Perform bank reconciliations and GST returns
• Handling of petty cash claims and support of month-end closing for the group
Requirements:
* Diploma in Accountancy with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of SAP Accounting System will be an advantage
Credit Control Officer Duration: 6 months (maternity cover)
Salary: up to $2600
Location: Bukit Merah (Training at somerset)
Job Duties:
* Handle incoming queries from general customers
* Liaise with customer on payment related matters
* Generates and check Financial reports
Requirements:
* Min diploma in accounting/ finance/ business
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
