Job Scope
• Handle general and outbound enquiries
• Provide efficient and accurate solutions to customers
• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Singaporean only
Able to start ASAP and commit 4 months
Able to attend 1 week of training at Kallang
