WFH Customer Service and Admin
100 Pax ($15 - $17/HR)

3 months - extendable / convertible
Monday - Sunday (5.5 days work week)
9am - 6pm
Weekdays: $15/hr Weekends: $17/hr

1) For CSO:
Assist customers in video consult services
Provide guide on procedures via Video Consult platform.
Provide troubleshooting & answer questions from customers.
Note: on job training provided in office (Aljunied) AFTER THAT allowed to wfh. Laptops will be provided.

2 ) For Admin Assistant:
Perform registration for clients systems
Make outbound calls to clients to provide step by step guide on downloading Video Consult service
Data entry & uploading documents
Collect feedback from clients & internal staff for processing

Requirement:
must be comfortable working on a shift basis including weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) and PH
Min 3 months
