Front-End Customer Service Officer

$2000 - $2500/month
Between 9.30am-10.15pm
Stadium (Kallang)
1 Year - Extendable

Responsibilities
• Attend to visitors’ general queries
• Administer lucky draws, partner promotions & reward redemption for shoppers
• Provide general administration
• Resolve customer complaints/ issues
• Maintain adequate stock of vouchers, collateral, premiums and stationery
• Ensure all marketing collaterals and signage are up to date
