Working Days & Hours
• 8 hours per day for 6 days week

Job Description:
• Works in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
• Examines food to ensure quality and freshness.
• Prepares food for cooking.
• Apportions and serves food in the kitchen and ensure that food is well-presented.
• Cleans food preparation areas and equipment.
• Stores food in temperature controlled facilities.
• Ensures kitchen is hygienic and functional.
• Plans menus and estimates food requirements.
• Prepares food to meet special dietary requirements.

Job Requirements:
• 6-days' work week (rotating morning & afternoon shift)
• Able to work on weekends and public holiday
• Comprehensive staff benefits
• Min. 1 year of culinary experience preferred
