Manage key customers accounts and provide the solution to drive for operational excellence • Negotiate with Suppliers/ Vendors for the Contractual rates and services • Build a strong win-win customer relationship so as to ensure customer retention and opportunity to grow existing business • Review, align and keep Superior updated on operational issues and performances indices such as customer profile, Space and Resources management, SOP and P&L status • Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels • Conduct regular staff meeting to ensure operational performance and issued are resolved. • Continually review and improve business processes • Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity • Analyse and produce realistic monthly P & L reporting • Develop a high-performance service culture, plan,

Start Date: 23/11/21
Duration: 1 year renewable contract
Salary: $2800 - $3500 (salary commensurate with experience)

Additional Remarks:
5.5 days work week, Alternate Saturday
