Part-Time Customer Service Assistant

Description:
Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
Perform general administrative duties. 
Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees. 
Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management. 
Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc 
 
Job Requirements:
Min. 'O' Level / Diploma 
Competency in Microsoft Office ( MS Excel in particular ) 
Able to work at retail hours ( nights and weekends ) 
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills  

Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 5 - 9.5h
At least 3 days a week (weekdays/weekends)
Salary: Pay: $8 to $10/hr
(Depending on experience)
