HR Recruitment Officer (Part-time)

Description:
Our dynamic, unique and diverse team is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals who are willing to upgrade their communication skills! Fret not, relevant tasks will be taught and training will be provided. Undergraduates and fresh graduates are all welcome to apply.

Your main job responsibilities includes:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies
2. Prepare recruitment information and post job listings on relevant job portals
3. Schedule and conduct discussions and interviews with potential candidates
4. Assess applicants’ relevant skills, soft skills, knowledge and experiences
5. Support other recruitment ad-hoc duties and follow-ups

Start Date: Immediate Zoom Interview
Duration: 3-6 months
Salary: Part-time up to $10/h; Full-time ranging from $1,800-$2,500

Job requirements:
1. Singaporean citizens/PR
2. At least 21 years old
3. At least a local diploma or “A” levels certificate holder
4. Good command of verbal and written English
5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
