The talent scouter will report directly to the director.

The primary responsibility is to scout for candidates, assist in organizing internships, and bringing candidates through the onboarding process.

In this role, the talent scouter will:
- ensure the efficient and effective running of key communications channels (online and offline)
- assists in recruitment activities such as arranging schedule and appointments
- creating a presence in the various varsities.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Permanent full-time
Salary: $2.5k - $3k a month

Requirements & Remarks:
The ideal candidate should preferably be equipped with the following:
- positive, creative, detail oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative to perform the tasks assigned
- strong communication, organized, problem solving and time management skills
