In this role, the personal assistant will
• Ensure the efficient and effective running of daily submissions and follow-ups with Client
• Handling simple errands
• Responsible for all general administrative
• Handling General/Commercial insurance
• Assist the team with General Insurance and admin
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated from time to time
Requirements
• highly organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Able to communicate clearly, via phone call and texts.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Full time
Salary: Starting $2,100-2,500 a month
Requirements & Remarks:
The ideal candidate should preferably be equipped with the following:
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience in supporting the leaders in the finance sector
• Positive, detail-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative to perform the tasks assigned
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
