Title of Position: IT Helpdesk Intern

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, concise and comprehensive resolution.
Break/Fix troubleshooting and repair of client network connections and PC resource/utilization issues.
Troubleshooting on both hardware and software issues (e.g. Laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, VOIP and network connectivity issues).

Job Requirements:
Relevant IT support experience.
User support experience for Windows AD, Windows 10, Mac OS, MS Office.
Good understanding of IP Networking concepts (Firewall, LANs, WANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.)
