Title of Position: Specialist, IT & Operations

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Supporting technology and innovation strategies and practices to seamlessly enhance business processes and bring digital transformation initiatives into delivery and achieve outcomes set by the business stakeholders.
Assist in the implementation of new IT tools (e.g. MIS tool) or IT supported reports and new workflows (e.g. Share Point) as well as workflow documentation
Review, enhance and document user defined tools (UDTs) on a regular basis (ensure on-going compliance with the user defined tools policy)

Job Requirements:
Degree in IT, Finance, or other related discipline
Ability to review, enhance and document user defined tools (UDTs) on a regular basis (ensure on-going compliance with the user defined tools policy)
Ability to ensure appropriateness of Information Security arrangements, including regulatory requirements regarding data security
