Can banks do more to minimise risks for vulnerable customers? Sylvia Lim asked if MAS had considered a previous suggestion to have an option of a cooling-off period for interbank transfers. She asked whether MAS was working closely with banks and FIs on advisories and training programmes to prevent customers from being prey to scams.
