NUS Top Guns 2022 Forum —————————————— Delighted to be back at my alma mater, the National University of Singapore for the Top Guns Forum 2022 organised by the NUS Political Association (NUSPA). I spoke on one of the three sub-themes shared by the organising committee - effective and constructive politics. In my opening speech (limited to five minutes), I spoke briefly about the realities of getting Singaporeans to stand for general elections with the opposition, and specifically, with The Workers' Party (see link to speech below). The student body, both in person and online asked some excellent questions and I particularly enjoyed speaking and mingling with students after the event. Congratulations to NUSPA for a well-organised forum and it certainly felt good to participate in an in-person event again!
