Tying into the last post, here is a sample chart I did using my details. The white interior circle is divided up into the 13 houses. The outer ring has the symbols for the zodiac signs, with the constellations being updated to their accurate sizes, and is color-coded for easier identification. As you can see, there are several planets that are in different houses than what western astrology shows. Also, any planetary bodies that are within 3 degrees of another house/sign/constellation indicate that there will be a blend of both.
In this chart, there are two planets and the ascendant all in the constellation of Ophiuchus which was removed from the zodiac by the Babylonians simply because having 13 signs wouldn't make for easy math.
If you want to gain more understanding about the ego personality, then this is the system that appears to reflect information in the most accurate way.
