I have been doing extensive research concerning the 24,000 year yuga cycle and the correlation with catastrophic events in history, such as the sudden and dramatic end of the Yonger Dryas in 9,600 BCE. After creating quite a long video about my findings (uploading to Youtube right now), I came across information that tied into Plato's information on Atlantis. The history of Atlantis was translated by Solon from ancient Egyptian records, around 600 BC. Later in about 360 BC, a Greek named Critias recited Solon's epic history, and it was recorded in The Dialogues by Plato.

While I previously thought Atlantis could have been where the Azores Islands are today, what I now believe has much more substantial evidence pointing to being the location of Atlantis is the area under the shallow Sea of Azov, located by the Black Sea and Crimea. The Island of Atlantis was artificially created by digging an incredible ditch, around the whole of a fertile plain, north of the true sea. A massive earthquake caused the island to sink, creating a new sea; the Sea of Azov. This will tie into what's known as Tartaria as well, which is a whole other topic, as well as the flooding of the Black Sea from the Mediteranean, turning it from a massive freshwater lake into essentially a dead zone. We can also tie in the comet/meteorite impacts that were occurring around this time that could very well have led to the earthquake that sank Atlantis. Domino effects all around.
