All the best to all those who are writing optional paper tomorrow.

Few tips

1) Don’t select questions hurriedly. I used to give 6-8 minutes to decide the questions that I’m going to attempt

2) Focus on time management, it is MOST REWARDING (35-40min for each question). If you have half an hour for last question (50marks), then it is good time management

3) I used to attempt the Q5 (compulsory questions) in last and Q1 (compulsory question) at 3rd or 4th position. This I used to do as I generally used to take more time while attempting five 10 marker questions which used to badly impact my time management. People can have their own strategy.

4)Utilise the break properly to revise the short notes and gain confidence

5) Try to write nuanced answers like adding thinkers/contemporary relevance etc rather than writing GS type answers
