Buying an HDB resale flat? You stand to receive up to $80,000 in CPF Housing Grant.

The CPF Housing Grant was increased by up to $30,000 from 14 Feb 2023 to support first-time buyers of resale flats. Since then, more than 11,000 households, including Mr Fairuz and Mdm Fatin, have bought HDB resale flats with the increased grant.

Together with other grants such as the Enhanced CPF Housing Grant of up to $80,000, and a Proximity Housing Grant of up to $30,000, first-timer families buying a resale flat can receive up to $190,000 in housing grants. Singles receive up to $95,000 in housing grants.
