Have you seen these #HDBeautiful #NewBlocksInMyHood? West Coast ParkView was recently completed in September 2023, and some 600 new homeowners are in the process of moving into their new homes .
The project is the last of the five ex-Greatearth projects to be completed, which had been delayed after the contractor stopped work in 2021 and new contractors had to be appointed to complete the outstanding work.
Including these five projects, we have delivered about 75% of the BTO projects delayed by the pandemic and are on track to complete the remaining projects by early 2025.
