The Multi-Ministry Taskforce has announced the implementation of tighter measures from 16 May to 13 June 2021 to minimise further spread of COVID-19.

In line with these measures, we will reduce the number of daily appointments at our physical counters, and prioritise critical or time-sensitive appointments. This is to reduce person-to-person contact as much as possible, to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

Services at the HDB Hub and Branches are strictly by appointment only. We will contact you if there are changes to your scheduled appointments.
