Whether you want .net core, JSS, MVC, SXA... That is up to what your team can build with probably.

Next.js against JSS headless services hosted on Vercel is what you will see a lot from Sitecore because of our partnership with them, so if you are trying to stick close to that path outlined at Symposium, then that would be the route to go. But, as of 10.2, you can get there with MVC or SXA too, so, really up to what you want"
