Instructions to protect yourself from fraudsters
Dear investors and partners! Sometimes, scammers can use SkyWay brand or impersonate SWC staff to trick you into getting your money. That is why we prepared for you some simple rules to help you detect a fraudster and save your money.
Pay attention to the domain of the site through which you are offered to invest.
You can invest in SkyWay only in your SWC personal office which has the domain new.skyway.capital. So, check every letter in the address bar before you make a deposit. If the domain is different, it is cheaters.
Pay attention to who is sending you emails.
Recently, we have received several messages from users that they have been sent letters from the address operator@skyway-investments.online offering to make investments on special conditions. The money had to be deposited via a link right in the letter. Only scammers do that.
Several other users also received text messages or messages in messengers offering to invest in cryptocurrency on special terms. The message included a wallet address and an offer to transfer funds to it for investment. Such messages only come from fraudsters. There is no such request in our letters - you can invest in SkyWay project only in your SWC personal office. In addition, all shares are available in your personal office, there are no other conditions.
To avoid scammers, check the address from which you receive letters about investment conditions. Only the address with the domain @skyway.capital is used to send our emails. If you receive an email from another address and you are not offered to invest via your personal SWC office, it is a scammer.
In addition, we never send specific details for funds transfer to mail, SMS or messengers. That is also something only scammers do.
Do not give your card details or passwords to anyone.
Do not give your card data: your name, number, expiration date and CVC-code on the back of your card. Do not share your PIN, Telegram or email confirmation codes or Google Authenticator codes if you use two-factor authentication. All these details are only requested by fraudsters.
If you suspect fraud, write to antifraud@skyway.capital.
