"Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten."Today Uzbekistan marks the Day of Remembrance and Honour, when we pay tribute to the people who lost their lives in World War II.
War is always associated with destruction and loss, causing injuries, taking lives of our next of kin, and leaving children orphans. We must always remember it, remember the sacrifices made by our great-grandfathers and great-grandmothers in the name of peace and freedom, to avoid a repeat scenario.
We must not let that happen ever
again, and if we fail , then the lesson is not learned and the sacrifices are in vain.
