Job Description: * Consolidate all invoice requests for uploading into system and generation of Invoice / Receipt / Delivery Note * Validation of data and payment confirmation * Print and dispatch generated Invoice / Receipt / Delivery Note * Monitor and reconciliation of process * Report to AR Supervisor * Generate reconciliation tools and reformat files to facilitate analysis * Generate payment advise in a timely manner * Support the validation of Japanese supporting documents based on rebate programs * Ad-hoc duties if required
Job Requirements: * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills * Logical thinking with good problem-solving skills * Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn * Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Previous experience in AR/AP a plus
