Job Description: Operations • Provide information on the types of plans the company has • Generate Quotations for new & existing clients • Process claims registration and processing • Provide Support in Marketing Operations • Manage Crisp and respond to customer service enquiries • Process data system entry into spreadsheets • Perform ad hoc daily administrative work • Monthly Maintenance of SOPs • Assist HR with hiring process
Finance • Creating invoices for clients, suppliers and partners as needed • Ensure invoices of monthly commission statements tally with our database • Process data system entry into spreadsheets • Assist on monthly bank reconciliations • Provide Ad-hoc support on Annual Audit
