Partnerships & Sales Intern

Job Description:
- Assist the Business Development Manager - Partnerships with identifying the right partner through utilization of in-house and third-party data analytics and research tools to identify and prioritize prospective partners.
- Confidently perform cold outreach initiatives to identified potential partners through social media channels, personal contacts, emails and phone calls, with the objective of securing a face-to-face meeting or video conference call to pitch our Corporate Vendor Program or Partnerships Referral Program.
- Maintain the Partnerships and Sales databases by ensuring timely update of information and documents and to assist with the follow up of potential and existing Partnership accounts.
- Assist in the tracking, analysis and reporting of Partnerships and Sales accounts through Microsoft Excel performance dashboards and share findings and feedback internally with Partnerships and Sales teams.
- Support the Sales team in adhoc lead acquisition and conversion activities.

Job Requirements:
- University grad program (with majors in business or economics)
- 1-3 years of experience in a FinTech / SME lending business are preferred
- Fresh graduates with the tenacity to live and thrive on challenge are welcome
- Preferably someone who is confident and proactive in managing commercial relationships, lead sourcing and closing deals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work across different departments to ensure success of Partnerships and Salesantage
