Job Description: • Manage day to day payroll activities • Participate in ad-hoc payroll projects and UAT activities • To work with various payroll personnel to understand their work processes and work with them to document the processes, design checklist, aligning the processes and look for area for improvements • Apply Lean Six-Sigma concepts on process improvements • To learn and apply the data analytics tool Power BI to produce meaningful payroll dashboards • To assist with payroll queries from HRM and employees
Job Requirements: • Meticulous and detailed • Proficient in MS Office
