Graphic Design Intern

Job Description:
- Create and design print and digital materials (social media, print, merchandise, etc.)
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
- Retouch and manipulate images
- Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop design concepts
- Receive feedback from marketing and wider team and make necessary changes
- Develop visually engaging graphics for the purpose of product illustrations and logos
- Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts on behalf of the brand
- Create designs to support marketing campaigns

Job Requirements:
- Graphic design major preferred
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Organized, dependable and detail oriented
- High sense of urgency
- Able to work well under pressure
- Experienced and familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
