Branding & Digital Marketing Intern

Job Description:
• Plan, launch, and implement strategy and guidelines for our clients' brands, which are day one off-the-ground
• Brainstorm, strategize, and execute social media and web content calendar for clients and the company
• Strategically consult clients on new and current channels/initiatives that are helpful to their growth
• Liaise with clients and Account Director to successfully create great and relevant content for their pages, including graphics, GIFs, video creations, occasionally on-ground shoots
• Be the administrator and person-in-charge to post all web content, manage social media pages (such as FB & IG) and IG stories for clients
• Provide regular reporting, insights, and data on the success of our campaigns and marketing activities
• Work with Account Director to provide and deliver work to clients as per their request and our consultation

Job Requirements:

• Undeniably hardworking, strong resilience, willingness to learn, and desire to build your career as a marketing consultant or agency executive. The phrases "too hard" or "I give up" does not appear in your dictionary.
• High independence level and fast learning, especially with the current WFH arrangements. As the nature of our work is highly deadlines- and outcomes-driven, the ability to organize your time well is very important.
• Most importantly, you take a crazy amount of pride in your work, almost a perfectionist, and you are never satisfied submitting a piece of work that’s 99.99% good.
• A decent portfolio of previous marketing/branding/digital growth work from previous internships, or for clients (or even friends and your school clubs if you are still studying)
• Actual hands-on, down-and-dirty, experience in digital channels and tools such as paid ads (social & search), search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, copywriting, video production, and/or influencer marketing, etc.
• Re the above point: if you were just doing coordination, management, strategy, or plainly account servicing work, then it might be a bit hard to ease into our pace.
