Graphic Design Intern

Job Description:
· Create and design print and digital materials (social media, print, merchandise, etc.)
· Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadline
· Retouch and manipulate images
· Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media
· Collaborate with marketing team to develop design concepts
· Receive feedback from marketing and wider team and make necessary changes
· Develop visually engaging graphics for the purpose of product illustrations and logos
· Come up with fresh creative ideas and concepts on behalf of the brand
· Create designs to support marketing campaigns

Job Requirements:
· Graphic design major preferred
· Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
· Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
· Organized, dependable and detail oriented
· High sense of urgency
· Able to work well under pressure
· Experienced and familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
· Strong creative and analytical skills
· Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
