IT Controlling Intern

Job Description:
· Assist in the preparation of monthly reports [Plan / Actuals / Forecast]
· Prepare the financial report of monthly actual cost [Monthly]
· Complete billing cycle including Creation of invoices, checking of postings in SAP [Monthly]
· Assist in preparation of administrative record keeping [Daily]
· Assist in the testing of financial automation IT systems [Daily]
· Assist in preparation of internal service agreement [Ad-hoc]

Job Requirements:
· Possess pre-Bachelor qualifications and pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
· Highly motivated independent worker with positive working and learning attitude
· Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
· Excellent Microsoft excel skills; proficiency in SAP-FICO and excel-based data warehouse preferred
· Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
