Product Owner (Intern)
Job Description: • Control the ticketing system, helping to funnel feedback from users into actionable tasks for the tech team. • Visualize and defend the user experience on our different apps; create and define the customer journey. • Be a champion for the different users to thus be able to recommend changes in the flow of our product that will increase satisfaction, ease onboarding, and reduce churn. • Oversee QA process before deployment of new versions of the product
Job Requirements: • Knowledge of product management/product development. Some experience preferred. • Some coding skills preferred. • The ability to think critically and deeply about the needs of the users, and how they translate into actionable tasks for FoodRazor. • Experience in F&B an added plus.
