Technical Support Associate Engineer
Salary: • Up to SGD 3,000 / month
Job Description: • Test planning/ designing and executing tests and test cases for multiple tiered architectures using a combination of testing to ensure quality and test coverage expectations are met • Able to create documentation for internal reference • Able to do product demostration • Manage the tracking and follow ups of problem tickets. Liaise with various stakeholders to solve issues. • Able to analyze system issue and provide 1st round of troubleshooting • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
