Operation Analyst

Salary:
• SGD 2,500 - SGD 2,600 / month

Job Description:
• Scope automation projects for operational improvement and new product infrastructure.
• Provide recommendations by reviewing requirements, specifications and communicating
solutions leveraging on Business Process Automation.
• Develop infrastructure and automation scripts based on scope and assist in implementing
deliverables.
• Coordinate testing activities with end users.
• Assist with Ad-hoc processes eg. Loan Management, Data Analysis, Bank Collection.
• Maintain operational metrics and provide data backed insights on business and credit
operations.
