Salary: Up to $2,800 per month

Duration:
• Full-time, Permanent

Working Days & Hours
• 5 days work week
• Have to work on weekends (rotated shift schedule)

Job Description:
• Provide on-site hardware support to clients
• Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to clients with technical, hardware & system problems
• Handle installation and set up of the system
• Train clients for onboarding
• Assist in other technical matters and installation when required
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on computer implementation, troubleshooting and solution
• Technical project management
• Procure IT equipment and update IT inventory
• There will a lot of other opportunities for cross- domain learning

Job Requirements:
• Min. 1 year experience in services or tech & helpdesk support (preferred)
• Experience in customer support environment is a plus
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines
• Be informed about new trends and technologies, and their potential application
