Job Description: • Assist in Design & development of rapid assays for point-of-care diagnostic platform. • Molecular assay design (qPCR- specifically isothermal PCR). • Independently conduct experiments using molecular biology methods and able to optimize assay performance • Conduct in-vitro diagnostic studies with samples from human subjects • Actively participate in multi-functional teams to assist in product launch • Conduct verification & validation studies for product development activities • Work with team and co-founders in any other capacities as needed to support the company
Job Requirements: • Currently pursuing degree in Biomedical technology or equivalent • Hands-on experience in wet lab/ molecular biology skills (e.g.- reagent preparation, PCR), quantitative analytical skills and trouble-shooting skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Fluency in English • Self-initiator, focused, problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimal supervision
