My cousin has multiple sclerosis, she barely walks.
My auntie, her mum, was born in 1937. She still remembers the war with Germans - she was 4 when Germany attacked USSR. She also doesn't walk. And she has dementia.
When my auntie hears the blasts, she knows they need to run, but they can't. She curls down and cries 'mummy, the Germans are bombing us again'. An old 85 years old lady. And we can't explain her what's really happening. Because in 15 minutes she forgets everything.
