New rules for the SELF-TRAINING.
1) The student must attach a link to the training session from the website Strava.com in the Self Sport Reports section.
2) The student must be registered under his own name and subscribed to the School profile. He should send all training sessions only from his account.
3) The training should be recorded using a smart watch that has the technical ability to synchronously record GPS and heart rate. This training should be uploaded automatically to Strava.com or it is automatically synchronized through the device's proprietary service (for example, Polar Flow, Garmin Connect, Samsung Health, etc.).
4) The hours are calculated without splitting according to the minimum criterion. A maximum is 3 hours per day.
5) A maximum is 10 hours per semester.

Training options:
RUNNING: Av.speed at least 8.6 km/h (av.pace at least 7 min/km).
Requirements: 5 km – 1 hour, for 10 km - 2 hours, for 15 km - 3 hours.

BIKING: Av. speed at least 20 km/h.
Requirements: 15 km – 1 hour, for 30 km - 2 hours, for 45 km - 3 hours.

SWIMMING: Av. pace at least 2 minutes 30 second / 100 m.
Smartwatch should calculate the SWOLF (time+number of strokes).
Requirements: 1500 m – 1 hour, for 3000 m-2 hours, for 4000 m-3 hours.

WALKING: Av. speed at least 6.5 km/h (av. pace at least 9:13 min/km).
Requirements: 6.5 km – 1 hour, for 13 km-2 hours, for 19.5 km-3 hours.

If the teacher has any doubts, he can invite you to an offline training to check all the data.
If the previous training sessions are deleted, the account will be changed during the semester, the same training will be sent, any method of cheating will be detected – the progress will be canceled and the opportunity to use self-training to get hours until the end of the next semester will be prohibited.
