Dear students!

We remind you about the need to re-pass the medical check-up for the special 1 and special 2 health groups.
You will be able to start your medical check-up from August 18th.

If you already have a new result, go to step #3.

Medical check-up will be organized in 2 stages:

From Monday to Friday.
Innopolis Medical Centre
From 8:00 to 11:00.
At the reception, tell them, that you are a student and want to pass a medical examination for a health group. They will tell you the route and other details.
You need to pass medical tests.
The urine should be brought in a special container, which you should buy at the pharmacy.
Take the documents: passport, OMS insurance, fluorography for the last year (optional, printed)

When you'll get tests results, only after that:

Make an appointment with a therapist at Saturday or Sunday in the table.
