Lapta is a Russian folk team game with a ball and a bat. The game is played on a natural playground. The goal of the game is to send the ball as far as possible with the bat and run alternately to the opposite side and back, without being hit by the opponent with the caught ball. For successful runs, the team is awarded points. The team with the most points in the set time wins.
Lapta is
extremely easy to play, so everybody is welcome. For those who never played but want to participate, the introductory training with friendly match will be held on
8th of September, 18:00 at Hockey court
