29 yrs old female presented with chronic right knee pain ( 3 month) appear worsening, pain is not relived effectively with NSAIDS. Patient deny any History of trauma. Otherwise medically free #O/Ex: soft mass over the right knee with slight limitations of movement. Plain radiograph showed lytic lesion.
