What to do when there is no motivation?

Remaining motivated is one such battle for defense Aspirants because the journey with all the process is quite comparatively long.
Sometimes, the reason we struggle with insecurity or lack of motivation is because we compare our behind-the-scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel.
But talking practically, motivation doesn’t last well, as does bathing, that's why it is recommended daily. Motivation is something you cannot have every day automatically.
It's the reason that lies behind which made you jump into this preparation and the schedule you follow by being disciplined.
The best option is to accept the fact that this lack of motivation is bound to happen and you still need to move forward towards your goal and the best recommendation would be that,“First forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you're inspired or not. Habit will help you finish and polish your stories. Inspiration won't. Habit is persistence in practice.”
So, work out a way to deal with a lack of motivation and do not compare yourself with others. Remember, Many start fast, but few finish strong. So, try to be amongst the second type and Inspiration does exist, but it must find you working!
