A notebook where each page has a unique id that can be scanned by an app on a smartphone. The app can link a real notebook page to a virtual space where you also could add notes. Besides that, you can have handwritten notes mirrored in a virtual space, thus you're able to manage them: correct, add more context, notes, etc.
While creating a notebook with the id on each page can be overhead, we could simplify the flow. A person may use a usual notebook and the app scans a whole page for signs it will use an id for the page. Also, a user can create a unique sign that will be recognized.
